24-Hour Cancellation Policy You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Simply contact our customer service team before the order enters the fulfillment stage. Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled through this policy — however, you may return or exchange the item in accordance with our Refund Policy.

All purchases are subject to return or exchange strictly in accordance with our published Refund Policy.

Order Processing All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days from the date of purchase.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on a business day will typically begin processing the same day
Orders placed after 3:00 PM PT will begin processing on the following business day
Processing timelines do not include weekends or public holidays

Estimated Delivery Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 7–12 business days, depending on the destination address and carrier transit times.

Shipping Fees We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout or after purchase.

Shipping Liability Beds Bunks Mattresses is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs clearance processes, natural disasters, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss for products transfer to you at the point when we hand the package to the shipping carrier.
