Domestic Shipping Coverage
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). International shipping and deliveries to outlying regions are not available at this time.
Order Processing
Processing Timeline All orders are carefully processed, inspected, and prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days from the date your order is placed.
Order Cut-Off Times
- Orders submitted before 3:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on a business day will typically begin processing on the same day
- Orders submitted after 3:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) will begin processing on the next business day

- Business day processing timelines do not include weekends or public holidays
- During peak shopping seasons, holiday periods, or times of exceptionally high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended beyond the standard window

Shipping Fees
We are pleased to provide Free Standard Shipping on every order — no minimum purchase required, no hidden charges. There are no additional shipping fees collected at checkout, upon delivery, or at any point during the fulfillment process. The price you see is the price you pay, inclusive of shipping.
Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions
We are currently unable to ship to the following locations:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- Alaska and Hawaii
- U.S. territories and possessions (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands)
- Certain remote or rural areas that are outside the service range of our standard shipping carriers
If we find that we are unable to fulfill a shipment to the address you provided, our customer service team will reach out to you promptly to discuss and arrange an alternative shipping solution. In cases where no viable alternative can be arranged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method without delay.

Lost Packages

We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work toward a prompt resolution, which may include a replacement shipment or a full refund.
Stolen Packages
If your tracking status confirms delivery but you did not receive the package, please contact us within 5 business days of the confirmed delivery date. We will review the situation and work with you and the carrier to find an appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is complete, accurate, and formatted correctly — including apartment or suite numbers, building names, and any special delivery instructions.
If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@bedsbunksmattresses.com. We will do our best to make corrections before the order is shipped. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to redirect the package. Any additional costs incurred from address corrections or re-routing after shipment may be the customer's responsibility.
