That's why we've created a clear and fair return and cancellation policy designed to protect your purchase while making the process as hassle-free as possible. Please review the details below before placing your order.
24-Hour Order Cancellation
Changed your mind? No problem. We offer a free order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Simply contact us via email at info@bedsbunksmattresses.com with your order number and a request to cancel
- Cancellations received within 24 hours of the original order placement will be processed with a full refund to your original payment method — no questions asked and no fees deducted
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued within 10 business days
Please note: If your order has already entered the shipping process, we may not be able to cancel it in time. In that case, you are welcome to initiate a return once the item is delivered, following the return policy outlined below.
Orders cancelled after the 24-hour window will no longer qualify for free cancellation and must be handled through our standard return and exchange process described in the following sections.
30-Day Return Window
We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. All return requests must be submitted within this timeframe to be considered eligible.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be completely unassembled, unused, and in its original, unaltered condition
- All original packaging, hardware, manuals, and included components must be present and undamaged
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation number or receipt) must be provided
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons — consistent with industry standards for furniture and sleep products — the following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been assembled, used, modified, or installed in any manner
- Items exhibiting signs of customer-inflicted damage such as scratches, stains, tears, or breakage
- Products whose original packaging has been opened, damaged, or discarded in a way that diminishes resale value
- Items returned to us without prior written authorization from our customer service team
Please note: If your order arrives with damage, a manufacturing defect, or you receive an incorrect product due to an error on our part, it is fully eligible for return, replacement, or a complete refund — regardless of assembly status. Complimentary Return Shipping
We are happy to provide free return shipping on all qualifying returns shipped within the United States. After your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label at absolutely no charge. Simply print the label, securely attach it to your original packaging, and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.
How to Start a Return
Follow these simple steps to request a return:
- Email us at info@bedsbunksmattresses.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, clear photographs of the item and its packaging, and a brief explanation of why you'd like to return it
- Our team will review your submission and respond with a decision, typically within 1–2 business days
- Upon approval, you will receive a prepaid shipping label along with step-by-step return instructions
Important: Items shipped back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted and may not qualify for a refund or credit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take quality control seriously. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- High-resolution photos showing the damage or defect (both the product and packaging)
- A short description of the issue
Once verified, we will promptly arrange for a free replacement, reshipment, or full refund — including complimentary return shipping at no cost to you.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible products that remain unassembled and in original condition. Here's how the exchange process works:

- Return the original product following the standard return process outlined above
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, place a new order for your preferred product
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund outcome via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your statement.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not yet received it, please reach out to us and we will investigate immediately.
